Zach's Cabin is a restaurant located off 'Cabin Fever' ski run, in an elegant cabin that serves lunch and dinner in Bachelor Gulch. Located in Bachelor Gulch on Beaver Creek Mountain, Zachs is open to the public for dinner Tuesday to Saturday. Serving hours are 5:00pm to 10:00pm and reservations are required. Zach's Cabin is nestled in an aspen grove in Bachelor Gulch. To get to Zach's Cabin, you can either ski there or take a snowcat. Slippers are provided, as is an area for ski gear. If you are not skiing to the restaurant, a sleigh from the Ritz-Carlton Club in Bachelor Gulch will drive you there. The trip takes about 10 minutes. It is a magnificent on-mountain dining experience. Chef Tim McCaw's menu is best described as Creative American Cuisine with Pacific flair, and is enhanced by Zach's Cabin's superior service, rustic and elegant interior and serene on-mountain location.
