Guests of Bachelor Gulch Village and East West Resorts can call Village Transportation at 970-949-1938 for a pick-up at your vacation rental for a ride to any destination in Beaver Creek or Bachelor Gulch aboard vans of Village Transportation. This complimentary service is a safe and convenient option and eliminates the need for finding parking at your destination.
To request a pick-up, please call Village Transportation at (970) 949-1938 at least 10-20 minutes before you are ready to leave. This transportation service operates from 6am to 3am.
NEW INFORMATION FOR BACHELOR GULCH VILLAGE TRANSPORATION: 2010-2011 WINTER SEASON
BACHELOR GULCH VILLAGE TRANSPORTATION (Provided by HMT Transportation Management LLC)
A major enhancement to the transportation service for the 2010-2011 season will be the ability to make reservations. Yes, RESERVATIONS! This is made possible by the dispatching software and internet applications employed by Bachelor Gulch Village’s new transportation provider, HMT Transportation Management LLC (HMT).
THE PROCESS:
- MAKE YOUR REQUEST ONLINE AT WWW.BGDAR.COM, (“bachelor gulch dial-a-ride”). Online reservation requests can be made beginning December 1, 2010. Your online reservation request will include a confirmation of receipt. Mobile application users can also use the www.bgdar.com website.
- Effective immediately, you may call 970-949-9300 and provide your HMT Assistant with any specific ride request information.
- Anticipate your shuttle to arrive at the appointed time.
Single event reservation requests or multi-day recurring requests can be accommodated.
Reservations for the 2010-2011 winter season are now being accepted. Call anytime and let us arrange for your transportation needs to ski school, dinner or other Bachelor Gulch Village transportation activities.
Additional service enhancements will include morning Ski School Express shuttles that will travel from Horizon Pass downhill with prearranged ride request stops at all lodges and Westside residences. The Ritz-Carlton “Looper” will expand its service hours to include the dinner hours reducing the drawdown to the On-Demand System for homeowners and lodges.
More enhancements will be announced and implemented throughout the 2010-2011 season.
