Bachelor Gulch's Sky Watch 50 is a 6 bedroom single family home with a 50 yard walk to ski in/ ski out access. The 6 bedrooms are set up as 4 king rooms (one with a daybed), 2 double beds in the 5th bedroom, and 2 sets of bunk beds in the 6th bedroom (perfect for the kids!. This home will sleep up to 16 people. On the main level, the kitchen enjoys an open floorplan with professional-grade appliances and is open to the dining room. The large great room has 20 foot exposed log beam ceiling and a stone gas fireplace with fantastic views to Bachelor Gulch's ski slopes, Vail's Back Bowls and the Gore Range! Unwind on the home's lower level, where you will find a large game/ family room with 60 inch TV, and a fireplace. Unwind at the end of the ski day in the private hot tub or enjoy a hot drink on one of the many decks. Please be aware that there is a 7 night minimum stay at this home.

Rental Policies at Sky Watch of Bachelor Gulch
A 7 Night Minimum Stay is Required at Sky Watch
Payment Policies - When you book with East West Resorts of Bachelor Gulch, 25% of the total vacation cost is due within 10 days of verbal booking. East West Resorts shall hold all advance deposits in a non-segregated escrow account and shall not be required to pay interest on any returned funds.

Balance Due - Non on-line bookings Balance of total vacation cost is due 14 days prior to arrival for summer bookings, 30 days prior to arrival for ski season bookings, or by October 15 for holiday bookings.

Cancellation Policy - 5% of reservation cost will be charged on cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival during the winter, and 14 days during the summer. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival in the winter and less than 14 days prior to arrival in the summer, will be charged the total vacation cost. For holiday bookings, 5% of the total reservation cost will be charged on cancellations made prior to October 15, and the total vacation cost charged on cancellations made after October 15.

Pet Policy - No pets are allowed in rental properties in Beaver Creek or Bachelor Gulch Village. This is mandated by the ski resort.

Smoking is not permitted in East West Resorts' rental properties.
