Hummingbird Lodge B202 is a ski-in, ski-out condominium located off the Roughlock ski run which leads down to the Bachelor Gulch Express Lift and the Ritz Carlton Bachelor Gulch hotel. This 3 bedroom, 3 ½ bath 'mountain contemporary' style condominium has a bedding configuration of 2 bedrooms with 1 queen bed each and one bedroom with 2 extra long twin beds. This unit can sleep up to 6 guests and all bedrooms have private baths and televisions.

All Hummingbird properties boast exceptional mountain views, with panoramic views of Bachelor Gulch, Game Creek Bowl on Vail Mountain, and the Gore Range. This condo is professionally decorated by award winning Slifer Designs with high-end finishes throughout including an over sized gourmet kitchen with a Viking range, a Subzero refrigerator, and a wine fridge. Guests of this residence will also enjoy a custom floor plan that includes an over sized great room with flat screen TV, gas fireplace, and air conditioning and wireless internet.

Along with a private elevator to the home, guests enjoy the property's clubhouse with a pool table, fitness room, and fire pit. There is also a ski room with boot dryers and outdoor hot tubs. Guests of East West Resorts have privileges at the Fitness Club at Allegria Spa of Park Hyatt in Beaver Creek, concierge service, on-site personal check in, and heated underground parking. Policies
Hummingbird Lodge Reservation and rental policies

Payment Policies - When you book with East West Resorts, 25% of the total vacation cost is due within 10 days of verbal booking. East West Resorts shall hold all advance deposits in a non-segregated escrow account and shall not be required to pay interest on any returned funds.

Balance Due - Non on-line bookings Balance of total vacation cost is due 14 days prior to arrival for summer bookings, 30 days prior to arrival for ski season bookings, or by October 15 for holiday bookings.

Cancellation Policy - 5% of reservation cost will be charged on cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival during the winter, and 14 days during the summer. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival in the winter and less than 14 days prior to arrival in the summer, will be charged the total vacation cost. For holiday bookings, 5% of the total reservation cost will be charged on cancellations made prior to October 15, and the total vacation cost charged on cancellations made after October 15.

Pet Policy - No pets are allowed in rental properties in Beaver Creek or Bachelor Gulch Village. This is mandated by the ski resort.
