Hummingbird Lodge B201 is a ski in ski out condominium located off the Roughlock ski run which leads down to the Bachelor Gulch Express Lift and the Ritz Carlton Bachelor Gulch hotel. This 3 bedroom plus loft, 3 ½ bath 'mountain contemporary' style condominium has a bedding configuration of two rooms with 1 king bed each, one room with 2 full beds, and a loft with a bunk (twin on the top, full on the bottom) and 2 additional twin beds. This unit can sleep up to 13 guests and all rooms have televisions.

All Hummingbird properties boast exceptional mountain views, and this condo in particular has view of Bachelor Gulch, Game Creek Bowl on Vail Mountain, and the Gore Range. The condo has beautiful décor throughout including and upgraded kitchen with a Viking range, a Subzero refrigerator, and a wine fridge. Guests of this residence will also enjoy air conditioning, a gas fireplace, a gas grill on the porch, and wireless internet.

Along with a private elevator to the home, guests enjoy the property's clubhouse with a pool table and fitness room. There is also a ski room with boot dryers and outdoor hot tubs. Guests of East West Resorts have privileges at the Fitness Club at Allegria Spa of Park Hyatt in Beaver Creek, concierge service, on-site personal check in, and heated underground parking.

Hummingbird Lodge Reservation and rental policies

Payment Policies - When you book with East West Resorts, 25% of the total vacation cost is due within 10 days of verbal booking. East West Resorts shall hold all advance deposits in a non-segregated escrow account and shall not be required to pay interest on any returned funds.

Balance Due - Non on-line bookings Balance of total vacation cost is due 14 days prior to arrival for summer bookings, 30 days prior to arrival for ski season bookings, or by October 15 for holiday bookings.

Cancellation Policy - 5% of reservation cost will be charged on cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival during the winter, and 14 days during the summer. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival in the winter and less than 14 days prior to arrival in the summer, will be charged the total vacation cost. For holiday bookings, 5% of the total reservation cost will be charged on cancellations made prior to October 15, and the total vacation cost charged on cancellations made after October 15.

Pet Policy - No pets are allowed in rental properties in Beaver Creek or Bachelor Gulch Village. This is mandated by the ski resort.
